Estas instrucciones son para su pierna derecha. Cambie de lado para realizar el ejercicio con su pierna izquierda.

  1. Arrodíllese en el suelo apoyando sus manos y rodillas.

  2. Levante su pierna derecha abriéndola hacia el costado. Mantenga la rodilla flexionada. Eleve la pierna tan alto como pueda sin sentir molestias. Mantenga durante cinco segundos.

  3. Baje su pierna lentamente hasta el piso.

  4. Repita el ejercicio 10 veces, o según le indiquen.
