Estiramiento isquiotibial en supino

  1. Acuéstese en el suelo boca arriba, con las rodillas flexionadas y las plantas de los pies apoyadas en el piso. Coloque una toalla alrededor de la parte posterior del muslo derecho.

  2. Tense los músculos del estómago. Tire lentamente de la toalla para llevar la pierna derecha hacia el pecho. Estire la pierna derecha o manténgala levemente flexionada. Levántela tan alto como pueda sin sentir molestias.

  3. Mantenga esta posición entre 30 y 60 segundos, o según le hayan indicado. Vuelva a bajar la pierna hasta el suelo.

  4. Repita el ejercicio entre 2 y 3 veces, o según le indiquen.

  5. Cambie de pierna y repita.
