Este ejercicio es para la mano y la muñeca derechas. Cambie los lados para hacer el ejercicio con la mano y la muñeca izquierdas.

  1. Siéntese con el brazo derecho contra el cuerpo y el codo flexionado. Sujétese el codo derecho con la mano izquierda.

  2. Sostenga la mano recta hacia adelante, con el pulgar hacia arriba. Gire la mano hacia la derecha para que su palma esté hacia arriba. Mantenga la posición durante cinco segundos. Luego, vuelva a girar la mano para que el pulgar quede hacia arriba y relájela.

  3. Repita el ejercicio 10 veces, o según le indiquen.
