Rinse well. Then turn the water off.Put the CHG soap on a clean, wet washcloth.Gently wash your body from the neck down. Do not use the CHG soap on your face.Follow your care team's instructions on use of CHG for your genital and rectal areas.For best results, leave soapy lather on skin for 2 minutes before rinsing. Lathering all body areastwice before rinsing generally takes about 2 minutes.Do not shave any part of your body below your neck.Rinse off the CHG soap thoroughly.Let your skin air dry. Do not use a towel to dry off. Your skin may feel sticky for a few minutes until itdries.Once your skin is dry, you can get dressed.
